Our unique airside campus is based at Leeds Bradford Airport – one of the UK’s major airports. We have access to flying schools, technical instruction, expert careers advice and aviation knowledge. (Please note that we do not accept applications from international students.)

Last week was a busy and exciting one here at the Aviation Academy! ✈️
A group of our students travelled to Copenhagen, Denmark to enjoy the sights, culture and tourist attractions while gaining valuable experiences beyond the classroom. Stepping into pure luxury at the iconic Nimb ...Hotel they were treated to an exclusive guided tour of their jaw-dropping £4,000 per night suite and let’s just say it’s in a league of its own. From opulent interiors to every detail curated to perfection, this is what dream stays are made of and the vibrant beauty of Folkets Park in Malmö.
While back on site we were delighted to host a STEM session for 15 students from St Mary’s Menston Academy, giving them an insight into the exciting opportunities within aviation.
To round off the week our students also sat their first Maths exam! A big milestone and one they approached with determination and focus. Well done to everyone involved! 👏

Foreign Office warnings for Brits Travel warnings for methanol poisoning have been extended to eight new countries following a rise in cases of death and serious illness. Last week the Students learnt all about the new travel advice around Methanol Poisoning, making sure they have up to date ...knowledge where they were asked to produce posters, which are now displayed around college to spread the word.
